Erasmus and Free-mover students must activate their semester in Neptun in order to be enrolled. Your Learning Agreement and Certificate of arrival will be signed at the Erasmus office.

Neptun is the uniform student and academic database system of the university. You will  use this site to manage the majority of your administrative activities such as enrolling as an active student for the semester, registering for the courses that you will be taking, fulfilling your financial obligations, submitting requests, registering for exams, or double-checking your final grades at the end of the semester. You will receive your personal Neptun login access together with the admission decision from the Registrar’s Office. You can log into the Neptun system with your unique Neptun identifier (6-digit code) and your password (for your first login, this will be your date of birth: NeYYYYMMDD (e.g. 20000114 if you were born on 14 January 2000). If you experience any difficulties when logging into the system, please contact the Registrar’s Office.

You will need to register for both your subjects and exams in the Neptun system. A detailed Neptun guide will be provided to you on how to activate your semester and how to register for courses, etc. In case of any technical issue you can contact the Registrar’s Office or the Academic Department of your study programme for help. Course registration normally takes place in the first couple of weeks of the academic semester. Exam registrations start two weeks before the exam period. Students who do not register for an exam in Neptun cannot take the exam.

We use the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System ( ECTS) and a five-scale grading system at MOME. You can find more details about them here.

Student ID cards are issued to our active students who are enrolled in full-time programmes. The student ID cards will be supplied with a sticker for each semester , which you can pick up at the Registrar's Office. (TIK)

Self-funded students must pay their tuition fees in Neptun. Students will be invoiced for their tuition fee in the 1st month of the semester.
